1. Does "linens" include beach towels? --- YES

2. Does the deck have outside furniture?  Are there beach chairs available? --- YES

3. Is the property private? ---  It is fairly private. There is one central foyer area that allows access to the two completely separate 3 bedroom villas.  Each villa has its own kitchen, living room and deck space.

4.  How would you describe the grounds around the house?  ---  The house is situated on a hillside with a beach at your back door.

5. You mentioned that a caretaker was on-site. Is the house part of a complex? --- The caretakers (John and Stacey) are on the premises and live below the house.  The house is very large and it can be divided into two private – 3 bedroom / 3 Bathroom villas.

6 . What Kind of Beach is it? ---    The beach is part rocky / part sandy. It has good access to the water and it is perfect for swimming and launching kayaks.  There is also some of the best snorkeling in the island right at your back door.  The diversity is phenomenal and the quality of marine life is excellent. There are beach loungers for your enjoyment. Swimming is easy and the water is calm on the majority of the days. We also provide Kayaks for enjoyment.

7. You indicated that tennis may be on-site.  What is the access? We are wondering whether to bring racquets. –  Tennis is accessible at the beach resort which is a 5 minute walk from the house – a fairly easy walk.  You may need to pay a small fee to use the court, but usually you can just walk on.  There is a nice beach and pool there as well.  There is a great pool bar where you can grab a decent lunch.

8. How far is the drive from the airport?  --- A fifteen to twenty minute drive depending on traffic conditions.

9. Where is the best rental vehicle deals ---we would recommend one of the major rental companies such as Hertz, Budget, or Avis because they are located right at the airport.  Another option would be dependable car rental which would offer slightly cheaper rates, although they would need to shuttle you off-site.

10. How far to nearest grocery store, how far to town, restaurants, movies, etc... --- The majority of destinations are no more than a 15 minute drive away.  We are very centrally located on the south side of the island.  10 minutes to town, 15 minutes to the east end/ red hook.  15 Minutes to the movie theater. 10 minutes to the grocery etc. etc.
